Helena has represented clients in a variety of areas including patents,
trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, IP licensing and transactions,

competition and trade secret law in the chemical arts.
Helena is also dedicated to pro bono service, acting as an attorney
guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate and representing
prisoners in civil rights cases on behalf of the Federal Civil Panel.
